About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Cresol Chemicals & Applied Product Limited on our website or app. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

We confirm your order by email once payment succeeds. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will refund you in full and let you know.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will trace it.

Our responsibility

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
