Our promise

If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out.

What can be returned

Paint and thinners can only be returned unopened, with the seal intact and in their original container. Opened or mixed products cannot be returned.

Items that arrive damaged, leaking or faulty can always be returned.

How to return

• Signed in: open the order in your account and choose "Request a return".
• Guest checkout: find your order on the Track an order page with your order number and email, then choose "Request a return".
• We will reply with instructions for sending the items back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the items to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take a few working days to show the refund.

If the item was damaged, faulty or not as described, we also refund your delivery fee.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong colour or size? Return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order, so you are not left waiting.
