What is the difference between gloss paint and NC paint?

Gloss paint is an enamel for interior and exterior work: walls, doors, gates and railings. NC (nitrocellulose) paint is a lacquer that dries fast and grips well on wood, so it is the one for furniture and woodwork.

Can I get advice before I buy?

Which thinner should I use?

Our thinners are made for the Cresol gloss and NC paint ranges. If you are not sure which one suits your job, message us on WhatsApp with the paint you are using.

What sizes do you sell?

Gloss paints come in 4-litre tins, and Cresol gloss also in 1-litre tins. Cresol NC paint comes in 1 litre and in 4 litres, in a can or a rubber (plastic) container. Thinners come in 5-litre bottles or cartons of four.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes. Thinners are available by the carton. For larger orders of paint, message us on WhatsApp.

How does delivery work?

Choose door delivery to your address, or collect from one of our pickup points. Delivery is priced step by step and shown at checkout before you pay: handling at our warehouse, transport to your state, then door delivery or the pickup point's fee.

How do I collect from a pickup point?

When your order arrives there we let you know. Your order page shows a 6-digit collection code: show it at the pickup point to collect. Keep it private; nobody can collect your order without it.

How can I pay?

Securely through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Ask for a return from your order page; the Returns & refunds page has the details.

How do I track my order?

Sign in and open your order, or use Track an order with your order number and email address. You'll see each step: in our warehouse, in transit, at the pickup point, and delivered or collected.
